You are not a standard account manager with a sleek suit and Audi A5. You are a hunter and know the solar jungle. You explore markets and countries where none of us have been before, and get hot on conversations where others drop out. You understand that real sales starts with resistance. That deals are not made at the negotiating table, but in the first phone call. And so you call, visit, build relationships and send invoices. Not with smooth talks, but with sustainable solutions that are technically correct. You work together with our people inside who understand you and ensure that you can deliver what you sell. That is not a trick, that is craftsmanship.
What you bring
- Sales experience in the solar industry is a must as well as content knowledge

- MBO-4 or HBO working and thinking level or a proven track record
- Natural commercial instinct: result-oriented, persuasive and incisive
- You know that no is often a harbinger of yes. Cold acquisition? Warm you up.- You speak your languages (NL, EN & DU is the standard and Spanish or Arabic a plus)
- And yes, humour is your language too. Because with us, we laugh as much as we work.
