Customer portal
How can I add a user to my customer portal account?
You can create multiple users under account - users - add users, you then have the option to adjust permissions for each user so that not every user can see or change everything.
I am a new user and cannot log in, why is that?
If you have just registered for a customer portal account, your account may still need to be approved before you can use it.
I am not a customer yet how do I place an order in the customer portal?
First you create an account via our automatic registration process, upon approval an account will be created for you, and you can immediately use the customer portal.
Apart from the brands offered, can I order other stuff?
Yes, that is a possibility. We work with our regular partners, from whom we keep stock, but we also have lines of communication with other suppliers. We do not keep stock of these, but we can receive them within a few days. These include: Esdec, Solaredge, Goodwe, etc.
For some products I see gross prices, where can I find my own prices?
If you have your own price agreements, different from the standard agreements, this will be determined for the products you purchase. The products you do not purchase or that are not standard in your range will therefore not be included in the tailor-made price agreement. If you do wish to order a product, please contact the back office or the account manager to set your own price for the desired products.
When is my order final?
Once you have received confirmation from the back office, your order is final.
